Perfect from start to finish! We purchased new Hunter Douglas Duette LiteRise Architella Elan window coverings from Heather Vaughn of Window Coverings of Oregon & Allure Window Coverings in April 2023. Scheduling was easy and Heather gave great advice on colors, fabric, and style during the in-home appointment. Heather made it so easy, narrowing down the many options efficiently for us. She was great about checking in via email and text to schedule appointments and make sure the installation went well. The blind installer was very experienced and installed all the blinds perfectly. We are so pleased with the service and end product. We love the top-down feature, the fabric and color, and quality of the product. We notice our home is staying cooler on the hot days the blinds are kept closed and we look forward to applying for the tax credit on the blinds after year end. I highly recommend Heather, her installer, and this type of Hunter Douglas blinds if you are looking for new window coverings.

Kathy is a delight to work with. I have used her twice now and have been very pleased with our shades. Also very impressed with the installer. On time and very pleasant. Both went right to work and then the explanation on the remote control was great. Customer Service at it’s best!!

Kathleen was such a pleasure to work with and helped us to select beautiful blinds in the perfect colors for our new home. “The shutters are truly beautiful!!! My windows have a curve in them which requires special attention. Kathleen's measurements were precise and perfect. I am so very pleased with the choices...color, wood, style....Kathleen's guidance was so valuable and greatly appreciated. Blake did a great job on the installation, too.It's important to note that my husband absolutely loves the shutters and he rarely “gushes” over anything associated with interior design! Oh my goodness they are wonderful! I’m in love! The professionalism is absolutely outstanding. Kathy does a wonderful job of listening to exactly what you want, and offering options based on that. Kathy, the owner, gave us the best estimate and quality. She was always professional and available. We discovered a problem with one of our windows and had to postpone the blinds installation. She was accommodating and understanding during a stressful repair (unrelated to her company). When we change out blinds in other parts of our house, we will hire her again without any hesitation/reservation. Thanks Kathy for helping complete the interior look to our house!
